1-The best thing is the environment, it is so beautiful, and the old building is used, which is very historical
2-The service staff are quite gentlemanly
3-The four of us ordered oysters (February is not the season for eating oysters, so although they are fresh, they are relatively thin), as well as tea and wine. The tea and wine are so-so, and they are definitely not amazing in the UK. For the main course, we ordered steak and lamb Wellington, each costing 110 pounds, which is average value for money.
It is a meal that pays for the environment, but it is more suitable for couples. My husband and I are an old couple and we are with my parents, so we are not very suitable for this dark environment. We need to go around the big candle to talk to the people opposite. However, eating in a century-old castle is still irreplaceable.
